| FEATURED CLASS OF THE MONTH!! Lift Weights To Lose Weight |

NO MORE EXCUSES! Whether you want to lose weight or you just want to tone up, this class is for you. I will show you exercises for each muscle group that will optimize calorie burn while making you strong and sculpted. Bring a mat, a set of dumbbells, towel, and water bottle and let's go! For women ages 12 to adult. Each participant needs to bring a stability ball. Please check us out on Facebook. Participants can attend class 1x/2x/3x per week. |
