FEATURED CLASS OF THE MONTH!!
Lift Weights To Lose Weight
 

NO MORE EXCUSES! Whether you want to lose weight or you just want to tone up, this class is for you. I will show you exercises for each muscle group that will optimize calorie burn while making you strong and sculpted. Bring a mat, a set of dumbbells, towel, and water bottle and let's go! For women ages 12 to adult. Each participant needs to bring a stability ball. Please check us out on Facebook. Participants can attend class 1x/2x/3x per week.
Class is held M/W 6-7pm, Tu/Thurs 8:30-9:30am and Sa 8-9am. No class 6/23 and 7/4.

If you have a special skill or are particularly knowledgeable about a subject and would like to share it with others, we would be interested in receiving a proposal for a class, clinic or workshop. Any carefully-planned activity proposals for any and all ages are encouraged.
