CLAIMS OF DAMAGES

Citizens wishing to file a claim against the City for damages caused to their person or property, must fill out a Notice of Claim Form and submit to the City Clerks Office.  Claims may be submitted in person at the public counter, by fax to 714-593-4551, or by submitting the form electronically by clicking on the link on the claim form. Claims are processed and investigated by the City's third party claims adminstrator.
