Energy Efficiency Program
The City of Fountain Valley announces its new Energy Efficiency Grant Program to help reduce energy costs for low-income Fountain Valley homeowners. The program consists of a grant of up to $2,000 that can be utilized on many energy efficient items such as ceiling insulation, water heater blankets, energy efficient water devices, door modifications, weather stripping, fluorescent light fixtures, duct wrapping, and electrical outlet and switch gaskets.
