The City of Fountain Valley understands that there are many families in need of assistance these days and wishes to provided as much guidance as possible on where those families can look for help. Below is a listing of the resources that the City is aware of. Community Assistance Directory
The City of Fountain Valley has put together a Community Assistance Directory that provides a Housing assistance, Employment assistance, Food assistance, and much more.
This non-profit organization provides a one stop shop to Orange County Social Services. They can be reached by dialing 211 within Orange County, by calling 1-888-600-4357, or directly calling an agency listed on the Orange County Strong Families Resource Guide. You can also visit them on the web at www.211oc.org.
Federal WEb Connector is an innovative web tool made available to all states and serves as a one-stop-shop online resource, where people can determine if they qualify for five federal programs, including the EITC, Food Stamps, the Child Tax Credit, the Child Care Credit and WIC. This tool makes it easy for families to learn about programs that can put money directly in their pockets, all at the click of a mouse.
