This Memory Enhancement class focuses on the basics of what one can do to maintain a healthy, alert mind. Practice memory skills and learn healthy habits for brain longevity. Also, learn the latest research and tactics in a fun, relaxing atmosphere. Classes are held on Wednesdays, April 25 to June 13, 9:30am to 11:30am. Early Bird registration fee is $48 and the regular registration fee is $56. (Please note: Early bird fee is available if enrolled or registration is postmarked at least 7 days prior to start date of class).
This class, for seniors 55 and older, will be held at The Center at Founders Village Senior and Community Center, 17967 Bushard Street, Fountain Valley. To register, please call Huntington Beach Adult School at 714-842-4227.
