WHAT: Video contest for students in grades 9-12 attending a high school within the OCSD service area. The contest is designed to challenge students to be creative and put together a video that educates people about the importance of wastewater treatment.

NEW! Honored Heroes Banner Program

In partnership with the Fountain Valley Community Foundation, we have developed the Honored Heroes Banner Program to salute Fountain Valley residents serving active duty in the United States armed forces.
To qualify, honorees must be an active duty member of the United States Armed forces and either be a current Fountain Valley Resident or be a past resident with immediate family currently residing in Fountain Valley.

Fountain Valley Filter Exchange Event

Anytime Fitness 5K Fun Run

On February 11, 2012, the Fountain Valley Community Foundation in partnership with the Fountain Valley Recreation and Community Services Division will host the annual Anytime Fitness 5K Fun Run (previously called Fit to be Square 5K). 5th Annual Fountain Valley Police vs. Fire Basketball Game

On Saturday January 28th the Lady Baron's Basketball Team will host the 5th annual Fountain Valley Police vs. Fire Basketball game. Game is at 6pm at Fountain Valley High School.
Pre-sale tickets are available for $4.
Tickets at the gate are $5 for adults and $3 for students or children.
Children under 3 are free.

Rental Assistance Waiting List to Open

The Orange County Housing Authority (OCHA) will open its Waiting List to accept pre-applications for housing assistance from February 15, 2012 until February 29, 2012. Clean water is an important resource to everyone. To help protect this resource, the City of Fountain Valley is taking another step forward in preventing water pollution.
With any substantial amount of rain, the trash inside catch basins is flushed through the storm drain system and out to the ocean and beaches. Imagine the cumulative impact of thousands of catch basins countywide dumping trash to the ocean and beaches.
