Ann has volunteered her time serving the disenfranchised and marginalized demographic since 1997. During her time as a volunteer, she realized her passion for the underserved and began seeking out full-time employment with various agencies. However, without a college degree, she was turned down for full-time employment. In order to pursue her passion to work directly with those in need, Ann went back to school to earn her Bachelor’s in Social Work from Brandman University. Most significantly, Ann’s volunteer involvement included assisting the geriatric clients experiencing homelessness in Long Beach and Orange County. Ann’s passion is evident and her commitment to advocate and elevate the vulnerable has led her to work directly with the geriatric community.
