Senior Fitness

The Fountain Valley Senior Center offers Balance and Mobility, and Strength and Conditioning classes through Coastline Community Colleges. Register by calling 714-241-6214. An intake form will be taken by phone and an application will be mailed to you. The office address is Newport Learning Center, 1515 Monrovia Avenue, Newport Beach, CA 92663.
