The City of Fountain Valley is partnering with Small Business Development Center (SBDC) hosted by California State University, Fullerton to implement a Small Business Emergency Assistance Grant Program to provide funding to low-income small business owners to assist with expenses incurred in response to COVID-19. Small businesses in Fountain Valley with less than 25 employees that meet the income and eligibility requirements may be eligible to receive a working capital grant of up to $10,000.
The program is funded by supplemental Community Development Block Grant funds provided through the CARES Act to fund activities that prevent, prepare for and respond to COVID-19. Priority will be given to businesses who have not yet received funding from prior city of other government grants.
SBDC will present a Webinar on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. to present information on the grant program and answer your questions. This webinar will be in English and Vietnamese.
