There are 4 different plan types ranging from 1,850 s.f. to 2,240 s.f. Each plan type will have two elevation types showcasing a farmhouse modern style. The project will feature two separate drives with the west drive accessing 7-homes and the east drive accessing 8-homes. Each home was designed to enhance he indoor-outdoor living environment by providing an outside "California Room" entertaining patio space. Each home exemplifies open concepts, large spaces, and luxury living areas.
