Community Partners and Participants,

The Recreation Center and the Senior Center will be closed for non-essential programs and activities through at least March 31, 2020. City Staff members will be available at each location by phone to answer any related questions and provide updated information.

At this time, the Recreation and Community Services Department will be taking the necessary steps to ensure public access to essential services while adhering to the recommendations below to limit potential exposure and community spread of the Covid-19 Virus. The Orange County Health Officer Recently Issued an Order to Slow the Spread of COVID-19, below;

Essential Programs and Activates include;

  • Congregate Meal service provided by Senior Serv will remain active with an amended service delivery model. Home cook/microwave meals will be provided onsite for participants to take home.
  • Home delivered meals will continue as well. 
  • Hop On Senior Transportation will remain active.

All other classes, leagues, programs or scheduled facility rentals are cancelled through March 31, 2020 or until further guidance is provided by the CDPH or OCHCA*;
