This City has implemented a new automated phone messaging system to deliver courtesy calls to our Utility Billing customers. This will allow us to save time and money by reducing the hour's that city staff spends making courtesy calls. Staff will redirect their time to effectively serve our customers. If you receive an automated call from the City and you are not sure if you are past due on your Utility Bill, please call the customer service line at 714-593-4420. This number will also be included in the automated message. Please remember that these are valid messages from the City regarding the status of your account and should be responded to appropriately.
