Fountain Valley Police Department Promotions

There have been some significant changes here in the Fountain Valley Police Department.  Most people know there is a new Chief of Police, and Chief Sheppard will do a fine job in serving the Fountain Valley community. 

The recent retirements have opened up the department to several promotional opportunities. We have two new Captains: Captain Steve Desantis is leading the Patrol Division and Captain Tony Luce is leading the Support Services Division. We have three new Lieutenants: Lieutenant Kham Vang is managing the Traffic Bureau, Lieutenant Mike Parsons is managing the Detective Bureau and Lieutenant Jarrod Frahm is managing the Patrol Division. Lastly, we have three new Sergeants: Sergeant Henry Hsu, Sergeant Brian Mosher and Sergeant Heather Williams are supervising in the Patrol Division. 

We have many positive changes for the New Year with more to come. Feel free to congratulate their success.
