Experienced Residential Contractors Wanted

The City of Fountain Valley is now accepting applications for licensed General Building Contractors or Manufactured Housing Contractors who are interested in working with homeowners participating in the city’s Home Improvement Program. Eligible contractors will be included on a Courtesy List provided to program participants of contractors who are eligible to bid on their rehabilitation project. The Courtesy List is a valuable resource for our program participants with the majority of the Home Improvement Program projects being completed by contractors on the list.

For over 30 years, the City of Fountain Valley Home Improvement Program has provided financial assistance to eligible low income homeowners to make needed repairs to their homes. Individual projects range from $5,000 to $50,000 and includes most interior and exterior repairs.
