The City Council and Management Team meets twice a year during a strategic planning workshop to review the City’s mission statement, core values, and three-year goals. At the strategic planning workshop, the team also work collaboratively to identify the next six-month strategic objectives. The last strategic planning workshop was facilitated by Snider and Associates on May 6, 2021.
