The City of Fountain Valley is excited to introduce two new staff members joining the Community Services Department: Jenni Worsham and Ben Dieterle. Jenni and Ben joined the Human and Senior Services Division on July 6, 2021 and instantly added their leadership and experience to the team as they helped put on the July 9 re-opening celebration at the Fountain Valley Senior Center.
Jenni was hired as the Community Services Manager and will provide oversight and direction for the Human and Senior Services Division which includes senior programming, special events, social services, arts, human services and more! She brings a tremendous amount of experience to the team, serving the City of Cypress for the past 16 years as a Community Services Supervisor as well as an active member with the California Parks and Recreation Society.
Ben, who most recently worked for the City of Laguna Niguel as a Community Service Coordinator, joins our team as a Community Services Supervisor and will provide staff supervisor and program support for a wide variety of program and services with the Human and Senior Services Division. He is also an active member with the California Parks and Recreation Society and brings experience from multiple municipalities from both Northern and Southern California.
Next time you visit the Center at Founders Village (FV Senior Center) please take some time to introduce yourself to our new team members! We are so happy and accepted the opportunity to provide essential service to our community and help the department re-open our facilities and programs to the community!
