On September 7, 2016, at approximately 8:48 a.m., Fountain Valley Police Officers were dispatched to La Baya Avenue and Santa Isabel Street in reference to an occupied suspicious vehicle. A records check revealed that the vehicle was recently reported stolen. When Officers arrived on scene, they located a male who matched the description of the suspect riding away from the vehicle on a skateboard. Michael Todd Bauer (32) from Fountain Valley was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Vehicle Theft. Bauer was subsequently booked into Orange County Jail. Incident #16-37060.
