To help schedule additional services such as bulky item disposal or replacement of damaged containers, Republic Services has developed the “With My Resource” smart phone app for commercial customers in Fountain Valley. You can download the With My Resource app at the App Store or Google Play or sign up online at republiconline.com. With the app, you can also report a missed pickup, and receive alerts from Republic Services. My Resource is not available for residential at this time.
If your trash, recycling, or yard waste cart was not emptied on your trash collection day, please contact Republic Services within 24 hours of your collection day (including Saturday morning) at (714) 847-3581 to arrange for a make-up collection. Missed pickups are typically collected the next business day, depending on time of day that Republic Services was notified. Please leave the cart out at the curb so that it can be emptied.
Please remember to place carts for collection by 6:30 a.m. on your scheduled collection day. The three collection trucks can come at any time between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Sometimes the trucks can run late and could arrive at your house past the time that you might normally see them there.
