The proposed plans submitted to the City, call for the removal of the northeast portion of the inline building in order to make way for a new 18,226 square foot Grocery Outlet store. As part of the project they will also be reconstructing the parking lot, creating new drive aisles and a parking layout, updating the remaining buildi...ng facades, and constructing two new building pads on the Garfield side of the property. As of now the only new tenant that is known is the Grocery Outlet. The remaining tenants in the future are yet to be determined. The center ownership has indicated to the City that the existing tenants have been notified with some leases ending this month and some at the end of January. It will be up the ownership and their tenants if any return once the construction is complete.
